Tested on AS TEST w/ HAWB #3623343:
- Billto Cust ID = 25370 - Tariff Code of Billable Cust = LORSMC3 - From Zip 15825 & To Zip 41042 - HAWB #3623343 met the above parameters - HAWB #3623343 transit schedule populated from Service Level as expected. - The HAWB did not recalc charges or transit days based on ReCalc button or status change.
This is good to go to PROD.

Tested again on 162 w/ CF 2373 blank.
HAWB #1000708 found a hit in the SMC3 table, but the logic did NOT kick in at any point during the shipment's lifecycle, including when a User clicked "Recalculate All Rated Invoices".
This is good to go.

Manisha - Per our conversation, HAWB #1000477 is the example to use on 162.
When there is an entry in the SMC3 Rating Table that contains a Transit Day value, and CF 2373 is blank, the Transit Day logic kicks in whenever anyone clicks "Recalculate All Rated Invoices".
Please adjust the logic of this ticket so that when CF 2373 is blank, the system ignores the "Transit Days" column in the SMC3 Rating Table.

This ticket has been installed on AS PROD and looks to be working as expected when there is a valid Status in CF 2373. However, there is no status stored in CF 2373 and the flag is left blank, the Transit Day logic kicks in whenever anyone changes a status or clicks "Recalculate All Rated Invoices".
Please adjust the logic of this ticket so that when CF 2373 is blank, the system ignores the "Transit Days" column in the SMC3 Rating Table.

Tested in AS TEST w/ HAWB #s 3568638, 3568639, & 3568640. All 3 HAWBs had records in the SMC3 table and each one either recalculated the Scheduled Delivery Date or did not recalculate the scheduled delivery date based on the Transit Day calculation in the table. All 3 shipments also rated as expected.
This is good to go.

Manisha - I will discuss this part with you in a minute. We do have to make a small adjustment.
"One more issue with this ticket. Whenever there is a 0 value in the SMC3 Transit Days column, the system is still rescheduling the Scheduled delivery date.
I tested on 162 w/ HAWB #1000477. The parameters of the shipment met a SMC3 table entry that had a Transit Day of '0'. But when I changed the status of the shipment to PU, the system rescheduled the Scheduled Delivery Date/Time.

In AS TEST, I am unable to get shipments to rate off the SMC Discount Table. HAWB #3568624 is going from zip code 08810 - 55301, which has an entry in the table (see "26763_SMC Discount Table Entry 08810_55301"). The table entry has a 2-day transit, which is applied correctly when the shipment is in PU status. But there are no Charges on the Cost/Billing screen.
On August 30th, I created HAWB #3568604 which contains the same bill-to & zip code combination, but that shipment rated correctly.
I tried a different Zip Code combination (08810-10917) in HAWB #3568621, which also has an entry in the SMC table. But that shipment is not rating either. Even if I click "Recalculate All Rated Invoices" nothing appears.

Tested on 162 w/ HAWB #1000463. The scheduled delivery date is still rescheduling off of the PU status as expected. Once the date is rescheduled, a User is able to manually change the date without the system hitting the SMC3 table again.
I clicked the "Recalc all Rated Invoice" button and the Scheduled delivery date does not change, as expected.
The system is also no longer wiping out the Scheduled Delivery Time.
This is good to go.

162 test example: Shipment#57190 Housebill#1000165
Sam, I was able to duplicate below issue on 162. Per ticket description 2a, the Schedule Date calculation logic should not trigger on ReCalc button click.
Fixed the code in above CS. Now with the new fix: If CF#2373 is blank then ReCalc button click will calculate Schedule Delivery date (As it was originally added). If CF#2373 is NOT blank(has PU Status Code) then ReCalc button click will skip Schedule Delivery date calculation.

Also, when clicking ReCalc Invoices on Cost/Billing, the logic not only changes the Scheduled Delivery date, but it wipes out the Scheduled Delivery "Time" as well. Per the issue description, the time should never be changed whenever the Scheduled Delivery Date is being recalculated.
"When shipment reaches the status code in the new control flag, get transit days like we do now and then take the shipment date + transit days to calculate/update the scheduled delivery date. Do NOT change the scheduled delivery time(s)."

In Allstates PROD, the scheduled Delivery Date/Time is changing the Scheduled delivery date/time whenever the "recalculate all rated invoices" button is selected (HAWB #80050522). I was able to recreate this on TEST using HAWB #3568593.
By clicking ReCalc, the logic is not taking status into account. If a shipment meets the parameters of an SMC3 table entry and a User clicks ReCalc, the system will take the SMC3 Transit Days logic into account.
Please let me know if you'd like me to demonstrate.

Tested on AS TEST. Everything is working as expected:
- The schedule delivery date does not recalculate unless the status is PU. Even if you create a shipment with PU as the initial status, the system is still taking the SMC3 Transit Day into consideration.
- Users are no longer forced to change screens in order for the new transit days to kick in - the calculation occurs at the time of shipment creation (submit).
- Shipments created using the Shipment Import is working as well (see attached "AS TEST Shpt Import for SMC3 Transit Day 26763").
- The schedule delivery time is no longer wiped out during the transit day recalculation.
This is good to go and ready for AS to sign off on.

Switching to Manisha. Manisha - Per our conversation: Please review:
12/14 Release
Add a new shipment. User this info to create the shipment:
Controlling and Billto#: 42095 Shipper#: 27275 Consignee#: 44265 Service Level: Basic Product Code: Ground 1 piece 100 1x1x1 click submit Shipment calculates the scheduled delivery date/time from the service level - GOOD
Now go to the tracking tab and change the status to picked up and submit it. It should recalculate the scheduled delivery date/time, but it isn't. It still seems to work when you change the status of page 1 though.
----------------- I also need you to verify a few things from the original writeup.
1a, 1b, 1c - We are good.
2a. Look at my changes labeled as '06/11/2024 - CSA - BC' and make sure they have been coded properly.
2b. Was this ever done? If not, please do it. It appears that something was done, but the note is messed up. It shows like this:
'ETA was updated from 8/16/2024,17:01, to 08/16/2024,17:01,'
It should have been something like this:
'Scheduled Delivery date/time was updated from 8/16/2024,17:01, to 08/23/2024,17:01 due to SMC Transit of 10 days'
2c. Please verify.
3a. Was this ever done? Just need to know for now...don't add it if it isn't there.

Per our conversation, when the SMC3 Transit Day calculation kicks in and changes the Schedule Delivery Date, it wipes out the Schedule Delivery time. Please add logic to include the Time to default to 1700. This is occurring on Allstates TEST environment (Test HAWB #3568528).

When a shipment is being added, the scheduled delivery date is set from the selected Service Level. Upon submitting the record to the system, Scheduled Delivery Date is changed due to the Product Code's Revenue Code and CF1651. After the initial submit, the Scheduled Delivery Date is conditionally updated based on the Status that is selected. I set the Transit Days value to (4) and the Scheduled Delivery Date was updated accordingly.

Monty - In regards to Sam's last comment - this might be ok because I think we always try to calculate the scheduled delivery date when a shipment is first added. For now, please add a shipment...change the scheduled delivery date to be something other than what it is supposed to be on the add...then change the status...does it calculate the scheduled delivery date properly? If so, send the ticket to me with the HAWB# on 162 you tested with so I can review.

Based on Nate's response I tested this out again w/ HAWB #1000152. The SMC Discount Table logic is still taking place at the time of shipment creation. The 2-day transit should not have kicked in until the status was changed to 'PU' based on the CF 2373 entry.

Tested on 162 w/ HAWB #1000123. The shipments controlling/billable customer (100008630) is tied to the "SMC3T1" tariff code, which has an entry in the "SMC Discount" table (see table entry screenshot).
When the shipment is first created, the Scheduled Delivery Date appears to be calculated off of the Service Level as expected. But if you look at the shipments tracking notes, the SMC Discount Table logic has already taken place (see attached "26763_HAWB #1000123 Transit Day Issue"). Once the User goes to the Cost/Billing and then back to the Update shipment page, the scheduled delivery date changes to the transit days from the SMC table.
The 2-day transit should not have kicked in until the status was changed to 'PU' based on the CF 2373 entry.

Switching to Monty since he has some familiarity with the logic due to CSA Ticket# 27370 .
----------------------- 06/11/2024 - CSA - BC ----------------------- Monty - Please review and discuss with me before making this change - or - specify your proposed solution.
Bill your time to the original ticket.
This ticket is working perfectly per the original spec, but they want to change the logic per the below description. Please review:
The change is to 2a in the original spec.
2a. Currently we fire this logic as soon as the shipment is added. Need to change this to key off of their picked up status. Add another control flag for this - call it - 'Picked Up Status Code'. Default needs to be blank.
If blank, do what we are doing in 2a now. If filled out, please do the following:
• Do not trigger with "recalculate all rated invoices" button on the costs/billing page (we may not be doing this now - if we are not, no change nec.)
• When shipment reaches the status code in the new control flag, get transit days like we do now and then take the shipment date + transit days to calculate/update the scheduled delivery date. Do NOT change the scheduled delivery date/time(s).
• Only count business days and exclude dates in the holiday table - This is already being done in the original mod, so just look at it and make sure you do it the same way.
• Do NOT do this. I will have Carlo/Julie do this part when we confirm your additional changes are working.
-Automatically send an AG 214 status - this should just be setup, but will have to confirm with Julie. -The date of the AG status should be the PICKED UP date plus the number of transit days in the SMC3 table. The time should be 8:00 am. ----------------------- 06/11/2024 - CSA - BC - END -----------------------

Brian, Do you want me to continue to look into this?
You are correct in that the EDI 204 process is not calculating the delivery date properly.

Switching the last issue to Carlo. Please review. This should be easy to track down:
12/14 release:
Allstates TEST - HAWB 80040888 - It is calculating the scheduled delivery date, but it is including weekend days. Why? It should be Skipping Saturday and Sunday and Holidays.

Manisha - There were some issues with the build server last night and Nate couldn't rebuild the release. I tested what you have done so far at Allstates TEST. Everything looks ok except this:
1c. the layout is missing the transit days column in the 12/14 release. I'm assuming this is a merge issue because it shows on 162.

In addition to the issue from a few minutes ago, there are issues with #1 and #2 on the original writeup as well. I will send you another email with that info.
"1. The page is still having formatting issues like in yesterdays screenshot of the SMC discount page. (re attached)
2. Doesn’t look like the delivery date logic is working. When selecting a service level, it doesn’t apply the transit days from the SMC discount entry. (please refer to below screenshot) "

Manisha - they finally asked us to merge this into the release - 12/14. We installed it on Allstates TEST. Can you please test and let me know your results? Bill your time to this ticket.
Also - We think this might be related to this ticket - Aaron is getting this error when trying to add a shipment - I will email you a screenshot of page 1 before he tries to add it. Please fix.

Brian, On Example housebill#14915 Billto#911 is using TariffCode 'EXLAIR01'(Density Tariff) for Topline Rating. It will never calculate TransitDays.
I just added a shipment with Housebill#14919 and billto#100008630(TariffCode#SMC3T1) for testing. Looks good to me on 162.

Brian,
1. drop down menu is in the right place and works.
2. A) SMC transit date used rather than service level transit date ex: housebill 14915 on 162. built shipment as a DOM 3 day and the transit time for the smc tariff used was set to 5 days, the transit time used the 5 days.
B) I don't see a tracking note being made for this.
3. I don't see any tracking notes being made for this.
