Issue Description	Ray - Please do NOT start this until we talk and show you what I am talking about. we have done a QR code before. I can show you. Omni needs to add a QR code to the Domestic HAWB, Delivery Alert, and HAWB Label. Add 3 new control flags: Add a new control flag - call it - 'Enable QR Code Logic on the Domestic HAWB? Y/N. Default needs to be 'N'. Add a new control flag - call it - 'Enable QR Code Logic on the HAWB Label? Y/N. Default needs to be 'N'. Add a new control flag - call it - 'Enable QR Code Logic on the Delivery Alert? Y/N. Default needs to be 'N'. If 'N', do what we do today. If 'Y', do the following: They use our generic domestic HAWB, generic HAWB Label, and generic delivery alert, so please make sure you change the proper forms. Display a QR code on each form and allow a user to scan via mobile app. Screenshots attached of an example QR code and where to place the QR code on each form. Add a new control flag - call it - 'QR Code Intergration - Landing Page URL'. Default needs to be blank. If filled out, and a user scans the QR code on the Domestic HAWB, HAWB Label, or Delivery Alert, take them to the URL in this control flag. Here is what they are saying: "The original tested URL just had the Housebill appended to the end of the string (i.e. - http://m1.agtx.co/t/8611642). - The URL has somehow changed a bit. - Now it comes up like this: https://mach1.agistix.com/mach1/transit-update?searchTerm=track%3Fhousebill%3D34420585%26station%3DT08%26Type%3DLD Have the Station and Type been permanently appended to the end of the string? Generated HAWB label and scanned QR code from label. Also used an online toll to decode url in QRcode (e.g. qrcoderaptor.com) and it does show: forms-ps-staging.agistix.com/mach1/transit-update/3346854 as url in QRCode. So, our update is appending HAWB# as expected. Tried it in a browser as well. It appears to process then shows a blank page. It could be working as designed, and just doesn't have shipment. Or It could be expecting a reference number or and specific 'agistix' number?
